Today we travel to Jackson, Tennessee, where we step back in time to the 1890’s at Brooks Shaw’s Old Country Store in the Casey Jones Village. Here we have an included home-style dinner buffet and time to shop for unique gifts and items from days ago. We overnight in Jackson. (D)

If you’ve been on one of Christian Tours’ Branson Ozark Mountain trips, you know why this area is one of our most popular destinations. We arrive in Branson, Missouri, for a three night stay. The whole town is dressed in its holiday best with new Christmas shows taking place all over. While in Branson, we enjoy five entertaining Christmas shows. Tonight we take our seats at the Sight & Sound Theatre for an inspiring production of “David.” This Biblical story comes to life on stage using theatrical wonders to take the audience inside the story of this legendary figure who rose from shepherd to king after defeating the giant Goliath.

This morning we enjoy shopping in old downtown Branson. Be sure to visit Dick’s 5 & 10, it’s just like old times! Whether you love the King of Rock & Roll or not, you’ll want to see Dean Z - The Ultimate Elvis! Dean Z’s tribute to Elvis and his performance will blow you away with classic songs from all the different eras of Elvis’ musical career. After an included dinner we take our seats for Clay Cooper’s Country Music Express Christmas Show. This show is filled with singing, dancing, lots of laughter, and great music! (D)

No Christmas trip to Branson would be complete without seeing Branson’s Christmas Wonderland. You are sure to get in the Christmas spirit with their high-energy dance, elaborate costumes, beautiful scenery, and Christmas musical productions. This afternoon we visit the Branson Craft Mall, packed with arts, crafts & food stalls, where you’re sure to find some Christmas gifts. At Dolly Parton’s Stampede Christmas Show enjoy a friendly rivalry between the North Pole and South Pole. Feast on a four-course holiday meal while watching giant toys come to life, three kings arrive atop camels on their way to Bethlehem, ice skaters dazzle us with their graceful skills, and an appearance by Santa himself. This morning, we enjoy a leisurely drive through southern Missouri, seeing fields of rice paddies and maybe even an occasional Amish buggy along the way. Hope you’re hungry! Shortly after noon, we arrive at world-famous Lambert’s Café, “The Home of Throwed Rolls.” Eat all the rolls you can catch! This evening we cross the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers at Cairo, Illinois, en route to our overnight accommodations in Clarksville, Tennessee. (L)

By now you’re a diehard Branson fan. As we enjoy a scenic drive home, you’ll undoubtedly be planning a return trip to enjoy the other seasons in this remarkable region. We arrive home early evening.
